Description
Hey y’all. Looking to fill two rooms in my three bedroom apartment in the North Hollywood arts district.
About me: I’m a thirty something woman working in retail. I love movies (especially horror) and entertainment and my slightly maximalist decor makes that quite obvious. I have a pit mix that loves to cuddle and watch tv with her people. But she is definitely a solo pet kinda girl. I’m not really a partier and am quite a homebody. Very LGBTQ+ friendly.
About you: Clean and willing to help maintain a tidy space. Dependable and employed. LGBTQ+ friendly. Shared interests would be a bonus but not necessary. You like dogs but don’t have any pets of your own.
About the space: three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and central AC. You’d have a shared bathroom that is currently very pink but you can paint it. The larger room has a walk in closet and the smaller has a standard closet. Mostly unfurnished but previous roommates have left some furniture (both beds, a bookshelf, small drawers, long shelf) behind that you are more than welcome to. Kitchen has the basics. Living room and dining room are fully furnished and decorated but have room to add your personality. Elevator in building with on site laundry (pay by app). Potential tandem parking. Five minute walk to Magnolia and Lankershim. Tons of restaurants and bars in the area. VERY close to the Amazon Fresh grocery store. Half mile walk to the red line and near bus stops.
Rent is $800-$1000 (depending on the room) plus utilities (ranging between $100-$300 on average depending on the time of year, WiFi included). Minimum one year agreement, then can switch to month to month with 60 day notice of moving out. Move in date is slightly flexible and something we can discuss.
