Room for rent - Month-to-month

Greetings!

We're entertainment professionals living in a three bedroom/2.5 bath apartment. One of our roommates is moving out on June 1st.
The apartment is very well kept and clean. We are a pet friendly household, having two cats ourselves. All rooms have small balconies, and all bedroom doors have locks for privacy. The complex is secure with subterranean parking, and designated spaces including guest parking spots. The complex is also pretty small, but we have friendly neighbors. We try to help each other out wherever we can.
My roommate and I both have differing schedules, so we're usually working most days.

We're looking for a roommate who is relatively clean and organized, who is comfortable and respectful with our two cats, and who can simply pay their split of rent and bills on time. The additional utilities include: bi-monthly electric, internet, gas, and Water/Sewer/Trash. On average those bills are around $150 per month. We always send emails with all bills attached for full transparency.
