Cozy Bedroom Available in Torrance

I?m currently living in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with my mom. (On the 2nd level) She?s going to be moving out in the next few months and I need someone to take over her half of the rent! It?s already furnished but if you?d like your personal furniture in the room we could make that work as well! Keep in mind that the apartment is lgbt friendly and I intend on keeping it that way. I work 40 hours a week so when I?m home I?m mostly just in the room. My boyfriend does spend a lot of time over and I do get visits from his 10-15 lb dog opie. The apartment has a separate laundry room downstairs (takes quarters). And we also have a little balcony as well. We?re right across the street from Alondra Park/El Camino College & a 5-10 minute drive to South Bay Galleria.
