Peaceful Room for rent

My beautiful home is located on a very peaceful neighborhood in North Torrance, near the Crenshaw 405 Exit. Should you rent the room (can be furnished or not depending on your needs), you will have free access to common areas (living room, laundry room, and kitchen) as long as we are not using them.. You will have your own bathroom. You will be given a space in the driveway. You will have access to the internet, will have Peacock, Netflix, Vudu, Amazon Prime and Disney plus channel. All bills (water, electricity, gas) will be included except for food and your personal needs. I prefer females who are professionals just like me who is a teacher.. Please know that I am only renting to you, not also your boyfriend or friends.
