Room for rent

I am a music teacher. This is a house at Torrance. I live in the master room. There are two other rooms, but for now, one room is available. There is a bathroom next to this room for you to share with other tenant. You can use the Kitchen, laundry, and the Dinning room. All utility included. Torrance is a very safe area and this house is just next to the 405 freeway. It takes only 15 minutes to CSULB if no traffic and only 10 to CSUDH and 5 min away to El Camino College. This is a good choice if you don't want to live with too many people together, because there is only 3 people including me and you. Torrance is a much safer, simple, relax, and close to beach area, but still close to many schools, LAX Airport, and surrounding by cities. If you work around here or near by cities, or study at school, this is a great choice for you. If you study at El Camino College, CSU Dominguez Hill, than you will be very close to those schools. If you have a job around South Bay, this is a very relaxing place for you.

Rooms and bathrooms all just got remodeled July in year 2022.
