Beautiful Hillside Home w/ Large Room w/ a View

I am looking to rent the large bedroom in a 2 bedroom home for April 1st or later. Located in the hills of Northeast LA, it is close to downtown, Pasadena, and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on York Blvd in Highland Park.

The bedroom is large and has mountain views. The room is unfurnished but I can provide an air mattress. There is an excess of closet space. We will share the bathroom.

There are two large shared living rooms and a lovely backyard, (currently blooming with flowers!) . Washer and Dryer located in the house. A garage is also available (use for storage or studio will cost extra $$)

I have one small sweet dog, but cannot have additional pets.

I am a gay male working in the area and working from home part-time. I would prefer another gay male, but I am open to anyone responsible, clean and friendly.
