The neighborhood is known for it's suburban feel in the midst of the city, is located a block away from the river, and it's bike path leads to Griffith Park, local subway (Gold Line) with quick freeway access to the interstate (5) fwy, (110) fwy, (110) fwy and (2) fwy. The house is private, secure, has a spacious living room, kitchen, off street parking, backyard and patio. Small dogs welcome. I have a very chill chihuahua (extra pet deposit required). No cats, sorry.
