Room for rent in large house in Atwater Village

Hello! We have a room for rent in a large house in Atwater Village. The room is sunny and bright, with lots of cool windows, and a closet with sliding glass doors. We are 3 professionals, 2 of us are only in the house for 2-3 weeks a month (we have another house we live in the rest of the month) when we are working in LA. We are all older professionals who like to cook and listen to music, we are a pretty mellow group.
Our house is walkable to all of the great shops and restaurants in Atwater, and walkable to the river if you want to run, ride a bike, or just enjoy outdoors!
The bedroom for rent is in the front of the house by itself, and it has a bathroom right outside of the door that is mostly for us for that room, an occasional guest might use it a couple of times a year but the rest of us have our own bathrooms already. The other occupied bedrooms and in the middle and the back of the house.
We have a large shared living room, a sizable kitchen, and only 2 of the other bedrooms are lived in; another is a guest room and 1 is our music room.
We have adult furnishings (ie pretty nice) and artwork, and want someone who is respectful when sharing space with other people and their belongings.
We have a dog and are open to another if they get along. No cats please, as one of us is allergic.
We prefer a professional roommate who is mellow, we are open to 420 and you doing whatever it is that makes you happy, as long as you are a cool person who is respectful of others space.
There is a washer and dryer (free) on the premises, and we have some storage space available in the garage.
The house is gated and if you need parking on the premises it is available but there's also a lot of street parking too!
Utilities run about $90-120 a month; the TV in the living room has all of the cable stations already paid for so you are only paying for DWP, gas, and high speed internet.
FYI - The house does not have great curb appeal, if that is your "thing" but the inside has been completely remodeled! It's like a hidden jewel.
