Luxury Studio next to Csun. No deposit, 1000$ Bonu

Looking for someone to sublease my apartment at meridian pointe. My room is on the 3rd floor and it is the corner room so it is very quiet and has more space. The move-in date is January, however, that is negotiable if you would like to move in earlier. The lease ends at the end of July.
I am moving out of state so as much as I love living here. I have to move out. For doing me a favor by subleasing my apartment, I will give you 1000$ cash AND you won?t have to pay a deposit since I already paid for it.

Apt will be cleaned and in new condition.
Cleaning ladies come every 2 weeks to clean the bathroom
Move-in date is negotiable

Security on-site. Very secured gates/doors. Safe apartment.
24/7 gym, study room, movie room with included seats. Pingpong room etc.
Maintained guys live here so if you have a ?emergency? (such as clogged toliet, they come the same day;))

You do have to share a bathroom with someone else, however, I have not had a neighbor for almost a year, most of the rooms are NOT shared so chances are you wont get a neighbor either, you are NOT sharing a sink( you have your own sink in your room) All you are sharing is the shower and toilet. My last neighbor was a nurse. Everyone I have met in the past years has been very respectful and sweet since most people living here are more mature and considerate.
