The room is basically available now, except that until it?s rented or spoken for with a deposit, the room is still being used. Once we have a renter, we will clean the carpet, and purchase the refrigerator. Both can be done in about a week from the time the renter is chosen.

If you love to cook, you probably won't be happy here, as since mentioned above, there is no actual kitchen, but you can do functional cooking and reheating, with the included appliances. You can also put your own BBQ in the backyard.
