Description
We are 3 current and former students at CSUN looking for a 4th roommate at our 2bd apartment. The apartment is right next to CSUN and very walkable. There is also a A very good A/C, Gas stove Kitchen with lots of cabinets, a big pantry, and a big living space and a dining area. Hardwood floors throughout and we keep the place pretty neat and clean. It is furnished but bring your own bed right now we have a fold up futon. It is a SHARED ROOM with one other person but We’re all responsible and and it’s a good hang.
Utilities are about $50 a month per person but are usually less than that. Internet is $16.25 a month. Move in is flexible but our Current lease ends on July 22nd and we’d like to have someone confirmed by then.
