My daughter has a one bedroom apt available for move in mid May or beginning of June at The Grand Apts on Lindley. It is a beautiful complex located in close proximity to CSUN walking distance. There is a pool, jacuzzi, gym, basketball and tennis court on the premises. Laundry rooms as well of course. She is approaching her senior year and currently attends CSUN.
Take over the apt for the summer until the end of August which you will have to yourself at $2200 (utilities included), and decide whether or not to stay then.
NO DOWN PAYMENT
If you continue after August the lease will need to be transferred to you. DOWN PAYMENT MAY OR MAY NOT BE REQUIRED AT THAT POINT, depending on management.
