A private room is available for rent in a four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse for a single occupant. It includes a washer/dryer, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and electric oven (limited cooking), high-speed Wi-Fi, and a furnished living and dining room.
To qualify, you must work full-time (40+ hours per week) outside the home. No pets allowed.
