Private Bed Available In Spacious Apartment

This is an all female household, the two of us that are staying both attend csun and work.

The room is a private bedroom with a shared bath. we have a kitchen, living room, and balcony. we have parking under the building, each unit has 2 spots but one spot is already taken by me. has a shared laundry like the dorms and a trash chute on our floor. we have a communal pool and each apartment has their own mail box. the apartment is about a 5-10min walk to campus. close to ralph’s, a corner store, and fast foods.

Monthly rent would be $1,130 and utilities are $80 so it would be $1,210 a month

July 1st is the move in date, very strict on this. Cannot be moved into any sooner than the date stated.
