Room For Rent - utilities and extras included

The room is 133 sq ft and can definitely fit a full size bed and even a king size depending on what else you have. It has a private entrance from the backyard but my current tenant uses the front door. I am a recently divorced mother of 2. I am 46. My 19 yr old daughter lives her (she is a dance major at csulb), my 8 yr old very well mannered son is here 50% of the time and I have a tenant who is a 55 yr old professional woman. We are very laid back and keep the house clean and organized... but we do like to have fun. We are currently building a tiki bar in the backyard. We have 4 small dogs but that is the limit in Long Beach so we can't have more. My other tenant is moving in with her boyfriend so that is why the room will be available. I live on a very safe and quiet street in one of the best neighborhoods in Long Beach. I am 1 mile from LBCC, 3 miles from CSULB, and 7 miles from the beach. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with the other tenant. (me, my daughter, and my son share my bathroom). I have central a/c and heating, a tankless water heater (endless hot water), and a front load washer and dryer. All utilities are included and also all toiletries and kitchen supplies... ex toilet paper, detergents, oils, seasonings, etc... all you need is your own food. All i ask is you are honest and clean up after yourself. We are only looking for a female and looking for someone who is the perfect fit
