1 private room (13?2? x 10?10? so pretty large) and private bathroom (tub/shower, sink, vanity) in a 2br 2ba, large 2nd floor of a small gated apartment complex with a full kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven), AC, gated garage parking spot, laundry downstairs, large living room, and balcony.

$1000 per month, plus utilities (water/gas included, electricity will be about $50-$100 per person every 2 months depending on our AC usage, we like to keep the windows open). We currently have high-speed internet setup throughout the apartment, you would be welcome to use that if you share the price!

My boyfriend and I (both 23) live in the en suite of this apartment, currently looking for a roommate for the other private bedroom and bathroom. We are currently working from home mainly, so we are often around. I work with a dance company and Disney, and my boyfriend works with a local beauty supplier in an analyst role. We love live music, live theatre, movies, hiking and traveling, cooking, and playing games! Our last roommate moved back home so we would like someone to move in between now and August 1st at the latest. The rest of the apartment is currently furnished with our stuff (couch, tables, tv, etc) but we would love for you to feel comfortable and bring anything you want!
