Ocean Views And Coffee!

I’m looking for a roommate to share my apartment with.
The home has stunning views and a very clean and airy feel. The kitchen and bathrooms are remodeled, everything is updated, no leaky faucets here!
Aside from the views, the building has a great pool area, nearby hiking trails and is in the process of updating itself all the time. (Fingers crossed for a bbq area soon!)

I work in marketing for a tech company, and am “work from home” right now but my office is in my bedroom so I’m usually out of the way. Ideally you wouldn’t also work from home but it’s not a deal breaker.
I love the extra company.

Im looking for someone who’s clean, conscientious, and doesn’t like to party or entertain too much. The beach is walking distance so it’s a great alternative for get togethers etc!

I have small senior dog who’s awesome, his name is trigger and he stays out of the way. He also gets along with all other dogs and cats. He’s very beta ;)

Everyone in the building is kind and helpful and it’s super secure with several code entry points to get in. Parking is also secure in a garage.
