Renting a nice private bedroom and bathroom in my townhome (2,200 sq. ft). The room has a ceiling fan, window blinds, private 2 sliding door closet and a new queen-sized bed (if needed). Open concept floorplan, tall ceilings, lofty feel. Full shared kitchen, washer & dryer. Must be ok with animals (1 small dog & 1 large parrot). You'd be sharing the house with just myself and my two animals. First come, first serve on-property parking or plenty of street parking out front. All major utilities are included, including free WiFi. Open to some rearrangement, to suit your needs. ie) furniture, etc. Shared front door entry. Prefer someone that does not work from home. Sorry no pets, with the exception of a reptile or bird. There are no apartment complex type of facilities here. Located on small ungated condo property. Minimum lease = 3 months (then month-2-month). Security deposit = 1 month.
