Three Rooms in Beautiful West Palmdale Home

Hello Everyone. A friend of mine is looking to rent three rooms in their 6 bedroom house that has a pool.

The three rooms are three different sizes and one of them has a private bathroom.

Room 1 is 700 monthly

Room 1 is a very basic downstairs room that comes furnished with a full bed, dresser, and a tv that also has cable included at no extra cost. Rooms 1 and 2 share the downstairs bathroom.

Room 2 is 800 monthly

Room 2 is roughly the same as Room 1 except there is more storage spaces and the room is bigger overall. A tv with cable is still included at no extra cost. Rooms 1 and 2 share the downstairs bathroom.

Room 3 is 900 monthly

Room 3 is a upstairs bedroom with a bathroom (not in room) and significantly more space for storage or just to unwind. This room will come with it's own mini fridge and a microwave for your convenience alongside a tv with cable at no additional cost.

ALL tenants will have full laundry, kitchen, and yes.. Pool privileges.

We are looking for full time employed individuals (No Couples, sorry.) who are looking for a place to call home after work or on weekends/days off. We do not allow guests of any kind to the location for the safety and security of the owner and other tenants. Smoking is allowed outside only. No alcohol or drugs will also be tolerated.

We will require verification of income (paycheck stubs), employment/college enrollment, and references including your last place you lived.

Deposit is $500 and there will be a $20 dollar application fee to process your application. You'll be given a walkthrough tour of the home and be asked to pay your first month's rent (pro-rated) + deposit if you wish to proceed.
