Room in apt for rent.

Hello the 2nd room in my apt will be available and ready by March 1st. The current roommates will be moving and gone by March 1st. Located 5 min from 14 fwy

Dimensions of the room: 10.5?w X 11.25?l
You?ll have your own private bathroom.
There is a laundry room on site just behind the apt. You can see the laundry room from your window.
We can work out something on the parking if you have a car.
Looking for at least a 12 month commitment if not just let me know.
Rent will be $800 and a deposit of $250.
If you want to secure the room for yourself I don?t mind if you pay the deposit so the room can be yours already but when you move in on March 1st rent will be required before initial move.
