1 bedroom available with main bathroom in the house that would primarily be yours. Bedroom can come furnished or without. You will have access to the living room, kitchen, laundry and back yard. Street parking is available. This property is located on the east side with easy access to major freeways. Must be good with pets, we have a fearless cat that loves company and a lab that is less than a year old. I am a working professional that goes to bed early and rises early. The ideal candidate should be working full time, responsible and clean.

Rent includes all utilities (internet, gas, electricity, water, washer dryer and trash).
Must be fully employed, with proof of income via pay stubs. Clear background check. No smoking, alcohol, drugs, pets or couples.
Nurses, College Students, Lockheed/Northrop workers and Edwards AFB welcome! Great for short stays and month-to-month rentals.
