I have a unfurnished room for rent and a separate private bathroom. Great views from backyard. Utilities will be divided equally between the owner and the tenant. You will be having access to common areas including kitchen, living room and laundry room. Background check is required. House is partly furnished with new couch, refrigerator and washer and dryer. Utilities are on higher side 400-500$ divided by 2 of us but it could be lower depending on the weather. I will be doing a background ,credit check, rental history.. etc. Also Rent Payments will be reported to the Credit Rating Agencies.
