This is a Room for rent in spacious house! 800$ for rent 600$ Deposit. Shared bathroom. Smoking allowed just not in the house. However There is a patio/porch. Pets are acceptable. However pet must be friendly there are multiple dogs on property. I only have on puppy however this Is a duplex house and more dogs live in the back house. Looking for someone clean, chill and fun. It is partial furnished. I have couches and brand new washer n dryer. Also brand new refrigerator. You are welcome to bring any furniture you might have. We have a front yard with fence around it.
