Furnished upstairs room with a shared bathroom

We tend to keep to ourselves. Long term rental (month to month ok). Bathroom is shared. You can use the kitchen, watch tv in the living room, relax in the backyard, etc. All utilities are included (wifi & renters insurance too). We are looking for someone who can clean up after themselves and not leave things laying around. Ad is for one person only. No smoking. No pets. No parties. Must sign lease agreement (background check, credit check)
