I have a large 1 Bedroom for rent with a Pvt bath. Single Female preferred.

I have a living room in the front of the home which can be used for visitors.

You may have Full use of the kitchen and laundry. No smoking, drinking, loud noises after 10pm,. You will be expected to clean the kitchen as soon as you are done using it.
