I am a 24-Year-old man, who just bought this house I'm looking for another roommate to help with the mortgage. The room is 10&1/2FT x 10FT with a built-in closet 7&1/2FT x 2FT that has mirror sliding doors. The house in a great part of town right by Hillview middle school and the golf course.
I am open to renting to a couple the monthly rate would be $1850 a month to cover the additional costs of the extra people. Please email me with any questions I'll be happy to answer. Pictures will be available upon asking currently using it as a storage room but that can be moved quickly.
