Private bedroom in beautiful 3 bed 2 bath apartmen

One of my lovely roommates is moving out, and her bedroom will be available in our Palms apartment. We're looking for someone to move in by March 15th at the latest.

$853 with $333 deposit for a large bedroom (10x12), very large closet and shared bathroom. Street parking only.

We are looking for someone who is willing to stay for about a year but the rent will be month to month after that. We have central a/c and the unit is furnished except for the available room.

You would live with 2 other young professional females who are very busy weekends and weekdays and are looking to live with someone who lives a similarly low-key lifestyle.

We are looking for a quiet, non smoker, non-partier who pays bills on time and is willing to keep common areas clean and tidy. Drama free, professional females only please. I work in a museum, and Allie, my other roommate, is a QA analyst. We generally rest in our own rooms after work, but we have dinner or watch TV together occasionally as well.

The apartment is walking distance to downtown Culver City and the Palms Expo Line station, 10 minute drive to Santa Monica and very close to other popular LA hot spots, and is in a very walkable area. Cross streets are Venice and Motor, the area is jogger/dog-walker friendly. Utilities are about $70-80 pp per mo.

Parking is street parking, and the bathroom is shared (with me, I'm very low maintenance). There is laundry on each floor ($1/wash or dry). No pets, please, and we're just looking to rent the room to one person.
