West LA room for rent $825 a month N/I utilities

AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN. Looking for a single Male or Female Non-smoking roommate. A quiet 3 bed 2 bath apartment in West LA, near the 10 and La Cienega area. The bathrooms are both separate from the rooms, and shared. The room is cable ready, and we have WiFi access. The room is about 12x10, with a good size closet. We are working professionals, and are looking for the same. You must be OK with doing split chores monthly around the apartment, and clean up after yourself. ***If you are messy, late with payments, bad credit, and have a bad attitude then DON'T RESPOND to this post.*** You must have a verifiable job, and references to apply. The room deposit is $825, and a $150 utility deposit. The utilities, which include cable/internet, gas, electric range from $40-$150 monthly throughout the year. This is a single room sublease. 1 year lease term commitment. There's a $40 application fee for credit/background check.
