Private Room in Palms! Great Loc!Fully Furnished!

I am looking for clean and respectful roommate. I will be staying in living room and this post is for the private room.

I have one dog(French Bulldog) and a cat(blue russian). I am working and studying full-time so I mostly do not spend my time at home. I had a roommate who moved from here and she will not be here at least 6 months for sure but, If she ever decides to come back, I will give you notice at least a month in advance before she moves, so you will have a good amount of time to find another place . In that time, that would be nice to have someone nice and quiet.

The apt is at great location which is close the Ralphs, Trader Joe's etc. It is only 5-6 min far from metro and 2 min far from Bus Stops by walking. Blue Bus which goes to the UCLA Campus directly is only 2 minutes by walking distance and it only takes 15-20 min to get to the campus.(Santa Monica-8-20 min, DTLA-12-30 min, LAX-15-40 min depending on the traffic)

Laundry room is in the building. The apartment is fully furnished and all utilities are included in the rent price. You can also see my pets in the pictures, Please contact me for more info and viewing the apt.

PS: I am not subleasing the room. You will be added on the lease. There is mont to mont lease so as long as you give me a notice before 1 month in advance like I mention above, everything is totally fine!! Also I will be out of country between 29th of May-27th of June, whoever moves in will be living all alone almost a month.
