Designer home suite available for short/long term

Large bedroom, bright, hardwood flooring, huge closet inside bedroom + a linen closet.
Outside bedroom there is a closet in the hallway passage to the bathroom, your own private full bathroom.
Full privacy behind two doors.
About my home: I am a designer and have lots of pieces of artwork and custom furnishings and authentic antiques.
I work a couple of weeks of the month in the mountains and you will have the house to yourself.
My son also lives with me two weeks out of the month, he is 11 yrs. old and a basketball player.
I have two wonderful and loving cats.
The apartment is large approx. 2600 sq ft, there is a large living area, patio, dining and kitchen.

For couples: Add $75 per month
For short term stays, 30 days minimum, up to 90 days add $150.

I am a designer and keep my home clean and neat, so please pick up after yourself.

Laundry on premises, parking spot available behind/in front of my car.

Location is amazing, near everything, 405 and 10 fwy, Sony Studios, Downtown Culver City, 15 min to the beach. All types of transportation at your finger tips.
