Rent is $1,195/monthly, plus half electricity (varies) & cable/hi-speed internet (about $80). Bedroom/BA is definitely the larger & better of the two in the unit (extra spacious walk-in closet & large bathroom). The room is available with cable (Direct TV - Extra Plus package) and high speed internet connected.
