The apartment is in the Palms/Overland area, near the 10 & 405 fwys, near bus stops (Blue Bus line # 12, Culver City line #3). Central location near Culver City, Santa Monica, West L. A. and Westwood. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, CVS pharmacy, bank, 7-11. Yoga studio and food shops across the street.

We're two females in our mid-late 20s. We're clean, respectful of each other and sociable, but also understanding of personal space. With COVID happening we're home more than we normally would be. We're both relaxed and like to drink socially at home every now and then.

We're looking for someone respectful, clean and financially stable in your 20s/30s who can pay rent on time. The management company requires that you make 3x the amount of rent. The room is available now
