Private Bedroom in 4 Bed 2 Bath House

I am about to take over another lease in the same house, and I need someone to take over my lease in return. We are three guys looking for a young male who is looking to start his professional life in LA. There is a lot of diversity in the household, so we are open minded towards new roommates.

The house is in a nice neighborhood with a two car drive way. We are just a few hundred feet away from a shopping plaza containing Vons, Starbucks, Subway and more. There is a garage that we use as a creative/hang out space as well as a small backyard patio. There are two full bathrooms in the house split amongst the four roommates. Utilities are separate, but only add up to about $150 a month for Wifi, cable, water, gas, and electricity. The room is private however you do have to walk through someone else's room to access the bedroom. Finally, we also have a dog that is very friendly once he gets to know you.
