I'm male (mid-20s) and a recent college graduate, working in TV/Film pre-production and would like to live in a clean, drug-free space. I'm neat, respectful of the common areas and the property.

The apartment is a 5 min walk to Downtown Culver city, 10-min walk to the Metro Expo/Palms Station line, and roughly 15-min driving distance to the beach, SMC or UCLA. Also very close to Trader Joe's and other grocery shops, restaurants and bars.
