Hello there! We are looking for a sublet to take over our 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Palms from September 4th - December 11th. The space is perfect for a couple, a professional or two friends who are ok to share a bathroom. Having a green thumb is a plus! 🌱 I have lived in Palms for 8 years and there’s a reason! The neighborhood is friendly, quiet and tucked away from the main streets. It is a 20 minute bike ride to Venice beach, 10 minute drive to downtown Culver City and Mar Vista. It's walking distance to some great local restaurants, bars, and a TJ’s.

We put a lot of love and care into our space and hope you will find it welcoming! My partner and I are looking for someone to treat our home as their home while we are away.
