Private Bedroom , Bathroom with Office

I have one room for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment. One of the bedrooms is used as a SEPARATE activity room/office. The place is located in the Palms neighborhood of Culver City. It was recently remodeled with new floors, fresh paint, and new sink fixtures throughout. The stove is still 80s turquoise, but the apartment is BIG.

Your room (with the bed and white walls) is on the opposite side of the hall from mine. Our bedrooms don't share walls, greatly adding to the privacy. The room gets plenty of light from a large window during the day and a color changing LED at night. The bed and desk from from the photos are included if you wish. The room has been freshly painted white, with an integrated multi surface whiteboard. The closet is spacious, spanning nearly 2/3 of the wall. As mentioned, the carpet is new.

Your bathroom is private, featuring new floors and a new faucet.

A separate activity room/office is included for your use. It is perfect for a gaming setup, zoom meetings, recording studio, photography, movie room, yoga, streaming, or even a friend to crash for the weekend. Unfortunately it’s not big enough for a pool table… I checked. Check out the room for yourself! Perhaps inspiration will come when you see it in person.

The living room is big. The stove is turquoise like I said, but the burners are hot and there is a full array of kitchen utensils at your disposal. I cook a lot myself. With your own bedroom, bathroom, AND office, the place is plenty big for two.

Rent is $1,500 per month, with term lengths starting at 4 months. I am open to anyone from students that only want to stay for the school year, to professionals building an environment to grow.
