Sunny Garden View Room is 13' x 11' plus full size closet.

Patio Room has Private Entrance, armoire instead of closet, and measures 13’ x 12.5’.

Each room is furnished with full-size (double) bed with memory foam mattress, pillows, sheets, blankets, down comforter, chest of drawers, desk & chair, bedside table, ceiling light plus 2 lamps, artwork, space heater, new laminate floor.

Each room is arranged so that you can place your own large screen monitor on the chest of drawers for watching movies. Please be considerate of multiple roommates by using headphones or earbuds while enjoying movies or music.

Garden View Room: closet has extra shelving, and there is an extra chair. This room has white cotton curtains.

Patio Room: because there’s no closet, this room has a larger chest of drawers and an armoire for hanging clothes. This room has wood-look venetian blinds. This room has a private entrance from the street (locking patio gate and door) and currently has a heavy winter curtain on the glass door to keep the heat in.

Share bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, back yard garden.
Bathroom has shower/bathtub combo with water filter on shower.
Living room has a piano and no TV.
Dining room has a large dining table.
Kitchen has another table, and enough cabinet and counter space for you to have your own section of the food preparation areas.
No microwave or garbage disposal.
Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer on premises.
There is room to lock up a bicycle, but no other outside storage space.
Street parking.

Seeking a quiet, harmonious, responsible roommate who prefers a toxin-free home: no toxic household cleaners, no incense or synthetic fragrances.

Split household supplies: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, drinking water, baking soda and vinegar for cleaning, etc.

I am a Holistic Health Practitioner, and have a yoga and meditation practice and a holistic lifestyle. I am available to share knowledge and wisdom about healthy diet and cleansing/detoxing. I am mostly vegetarian with occasional raw butter.

I prefer to share my home with like-minded roommates who eat a vegetarian or vegan diet, have a healthy lifestyle, and ideally have a yoga and/or meditation practice.
Prefer no drugs or alcohol in the home.
Please use the desk if you wish to eat in your room.
House rules include no eating in bed.
