Hey there. A spacious private bedroom is be available in our apartment located on the corner of S Robertson Blvd and Cadillac Ave. It has a big double mirror dressing.
We like to keep the apartment nice and clean. We are very respectful of private spaces. We both shared apartments with males and females in Chicago, Europe, and Australia.
We expect our new roommate (male or female) to be ok with having friends over from time to time.
Lease is month to month.
Rent is $1,200
Utilities are about $40/person
A private parking spot is available for an extra $50 a month (we're willing to share this with you).
