2 bedroom apartment in Palms/Culver City

Large private bedroom with personal full bathroom. Bedrooms are separated by living room. Fully furnished but I can get rid of items in 2nd bedroom or add anything you have to living room / dining area if we want to consider - I am very flexible. I pay for all utilities and usually have cleaning service come in once every 1-2 months that I split with roomate. Apartment comes with 2 parking spaces in secure garage and has hot tub and deck on the roof with grills and 360 degree views of LA. Full laundry room that is usually not full. I am quiet single male who rarely has guests and works quite a bit. I share two Beagles with my ex-girlfriend and usually have them here for a weekend once or twice a month. I prefer someone for atleast a one year lease and wnat to get a $500 security deposit as mine was $1,000 to get the apartment. I've lived here for almost 5 years and enjoy the area as I can walk to downtown Culver City and am close to Century City/Beverly Hills, 10 minute drive to the beach, and close to the 405 and 10.
