Remodeled room and home

I am an employed professional, age 64, but look and act younger! The house ideally should be a home with friendships established among roommates and shared chores. Think ?Friends - light?. This room is for female only as bathroom is shared. But home may also have male roommates. Furnished. You have full use of common areas of the home including kitchen and laundry and pool. Utilities are paid to a certain amount. If costs go beyond that we will need to split remaining costs.
Limitations on guests and especially overnight guests due to COVID 19 precautions. Also I will check your references.
