Beautiful Palos Verdes Home

Looking for female professional to share a house with a group of friendly people (including landlady) who all get along and form a "family" of sorts. Need female because you will be sharing a bathroom with another female. We work together to keep the house neat and clean, and everybody feels that the entire house is their home. We share the kitchen, common area rooms, and yard/pool. Must be a polite and kind person, non-smoker, no partying, and comfortable living in a shared environment. References and proof of income required. Covid 19 safe required (must show proof of vaccination against Covid 19).
