Come join two chill roommates in a safe and peaceful home with a beautiful yard and sparkling pool. You will have access to a large bedroom with natural light from a picture window, and wall to wall closet and mirror. You will use the bathroom in the hall which will be primarily yours. Other shared areas include the kitchen, TV room, living room and dining room. Looking for a person that has a zest for life and is willing to become part of the household, not just rent a room. We are male and female roommates, not related. This is a very rural area but at the same time close to the beach and the freeways to get you to wherever you need to go. Utilities and internet are paid, and you have access to both the kitchen and the washer/dryer, and of course the pool.
