Come share a large home with two other roommates in the rural tranquility of Palos Verdes. Despite it’s beautiful location, we are 15 minutes away from two freeways, 10 minutes away from the beach, and walking distance to several hiking trails. As housemates we can form a warm and welcoming environment for each other and for our guests. I’m looking for respectful roommates that know how to live in harmony with others. Would appreciate eco-conscious roommates to keep costs of utilities down and therefore cost of rent reasonable. Looking also for fun loving and flexible roommates.
