Master bedroom for rent with private balcony&bath

I am looking for someone (Female preferred) to move into the master bedroom. You would have your own separate bathroom, and private balcony. It would only be until the lease ends at the end of July, extension can be discussed for the right person. You would live with one other person in the home. They have their own bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom would not come fully furnished, only thing that will be left in the room would be TV stand and the night stand and desk on the sides. There is a washer and dryer already in the unit, kitchen is already fully furnished, as well as the living and dining room. Utilities would be split in half with the other roommate and would inculde: gas, water/electricity and wifi. Total for rent would be $950 not including utilities. we are a friendly household and have one small dog(terrier/maltese) very energetic and friendly as well.
