Looking for an LGBT friendly roommate

Looking for a roommate in a 2bd/2ba apartment. My name is David, I'm a 29 year old SoCal native. I work Mon-Fri 9a-6p. Pretty standard work times. Give or take a few hours. I'm gay, I love to travel, hang out with friends, go to the movies, and hike. LGBT friendly roommate is a must. The apartment is dog/cat friendly however it requires additional paperwork via the leasing office. Hoping to find a roommate around my age and gainfully employed :P (Sorry, no couples)

Details:
-$1200/month (includes utilities: water, trash, sewage, gas, and Internet)
-Electricity Bill comes every other month (averages $80 total, so around $40pp)
-Complex has parking however it's first come first serve. Apartment is right next to public street parking.
-Reserved parking is available via the leasing office (range from $25-$70/month)
-Consent to a background check
-Washer/Dryer units are in the basement
-First and last months rent is required prior to signing lease (first month will be prorated)
