Looking for someone to take over my lease

I moved to this house in January, it?s a really big nice house with 5 other bedrooms. There are 4 other roommates currently living there they are super cool and organized. The location is perfect around all shopping centers in La Brea and the grove. I need to find someone to take over my lease because I moved to my place for school and now everything is online and I have to go back to my country. Also this room is in a perfect placein the house connected to the bathroom, close to laundry section, and kitchen but it?s far away from all the noises in the living room. This place is under the bungalow company everything is really organized and everything is included on the monthly rent which is $1500. Please let me know if you are interested I need someone ASAP!
