I am looking for a responsible, young professional (any cool industry welcome!) to take over the second bedroom in a 2BD/1 BA apartment in the heart of Melrose/Fairfax and a mile from West Hollywood starting October 1st. (I'm starting a graphic design firm and will be getting my own studio) The apartment is an amazing size at 1400 sq feet with a fenced in backyard (with a fig tree and great for pets) and a laundry room inside the unit itself in a prime location. You'd be living with a 30 yr. old nice professional female lawyer who is into social rights and has two lovely dogs. Please see details below:

Security deposit: $1325
Rent per month: $1325
Lease term: 11 months (application required. Co signers are also welcome)
Roommate: LGBTQ individuals or females only. (Sorry! Being considerate for my roommate who is a girl)
Available: As soon as Oct. 1st

Laundry: There is a laundry room inside the apartment.
