bath tower apartment (top floor), windows face southwest, with great views of the city. Great ventilation and sunlight throughout the day. Tower has a laundryroom on ground floor. Bedroom and bath available are unfurnished.

Proportionate share of utilities, wifi, cable btwn $110-$180/mo.

PLB is a beautifully landscaped gated community with on-call service maintenance, 24/7 patrol, a lot of greenery, flowers, and a garden area, walking paths and bike lanes. Permit street parking. Paid garage parking available.

I enjoy the diversity of the area, it's walking distance of the Grove, LACMA, Pan Pacific Park, Wholefoods, Ralphs, Trader Joe's, Erewhon, Lassens, eateries, galleries and public transportation.

Within PLB is a cleaners, coffee kiosk and a cafe. It has a Fitness Center and Swim Club (2 saltwater pools and large jacuzzi) available via membership with a variety of classes (yoga, agua aerobics, etc) offered.

My ideal roomie: quiet, good nature working professional, who is drama free, creative, clean, friendly, honest, reliable, Covid-19 safe & sane, and financially stable (preferably Female & 30+). A Nonsmoker, drug free, limited alcohol consumer. Also pet friendly as there is one furry resident who is a senior cat.

Will definitely consider an additional pet [small dogs only if trained and well behaved], there's a $500 pet deposit required by property owner. [Dogs also have monthly $100 rent charge].

Apartment is kept clean, especially sensitive about the kitchen. I'm not a clean freak, but cleanliness IS important.

Myself: Easy going and caring. Mature, drama free and left leaning. Over 55, but young at heart because life is a continual learning experience. Not a vegetarian or vegan, but have clean healthy eating habits. Steadily employed, currently WFH. I love attending dance, music, art and cultural events, even virtually, thanks Covid!! I’m educated, artistic, creative, enjoy reading, great conversations, chilling to an eclectic mix of music, dancing, movies, zoning out via TV. I enjoy cooking, sewing, walks and local hikes. Also relish my quiet time and maintaining peaceful, positive energy within my home. I have a good sense of humor which borders on the sarcastic side, and happy with my life.
