Center of Los Angeles

I have a huge two-bedroom apartment in the center of LA near the Grove, within walking distance to lots of shops, groceries, and restaurants. The neighborhood is very safe surrounded by young professionals. The apartment is very spacious with a lot of natural sunlight, parking space, rooftop pool, gym, and laundry room in the building, the rooms are across from each other. The living room is in the middle of the rooms, with a lot of personal space. The room also has a private walk-in closet and a private full-on bathroom. I work as a hairdresser and just got into real estate my schedule is pretty busy, and I travel for work to NYC once a month. Looking for someone responsible, financially stable, clean, and quiet.
