Center of Los Angeles

I have a huge two bedroom apartment in the center of LA near the Grove, walking distance to lots of shops, groceries and restaurants. Neighborhood is very safe surrounded by young professionals. The apartment is very spacious with a lot of natural sunlight, parking space, rooftop pool, gym and laundry room in the building , the rooms are across from each other. The living room is on the middle in between the rooms, a lot of personal space, the room also have a private walk in closet and a private full on bathroom. I work as a hairdresser, just got into real estate my schedule is pretty busy and I travel for work to NYC once a month. Looking for someone responsible, financially stable, clean and quiet.
